Entry Level

The entry foyer contains a staircase to the main level, a hallway to an attached garage, and an entry to the 1st of three 27’x12’ workrooms on the lower floor. This 1st room contains a tile-floored mudroom with an available boot changing bench, ski racks, full closet for parkas-etc., and space to store snow boards and snow shoes. The garage is a fully sheet-rocked, concrete floored, tandem, 2-car garage that spans the full length of the house. There is currently an available 4-post hoist to store a third vehicle (the front part of the garage has an +/- 18’ ceiling – the rear of the garage has a +/- 10’ ceiling). There is a 24’x12’ storage space at the rear of the garage. The garage-door is automatically lifted (straight up to give space for the vehicle on the hoist). Main Level

The main level foyer leads to the staircase to the upper level, a hallway leading to the main level bathroom and two bedrooms, and is open to the dining area and to the living room. It has a checkered hardwood/tile floor surface.

The living room has a Santa Fe-style fireplace with a 4’, Extraordinaire gas fireplace. It has a wrap- around stone hearth that reaches 18’ to the end of the living room wall. The mantle also wraps- around and widens for lighted, decorative, displays. An additional lighted display shelf is above. There are two Casa Blanca fans to provide air circulation in the living room. The living room floor- covering is rare, random planked, mesquite hardwood.

The adjoining Dining Area has a 10’ cushioned window seat. The lid of the window-seat is hinged and the compartment below can be used for storage. The Dining Area has an antler chandelier, stone tiled floors and a stone, 2-tiered alcove with new gas stove. Along the side of the alcove is a short hallway that is fitted with six 4’x1’ built-in shelves for cookbooks, etc. On the other side of the hallway is a 60”x18” soft-closing pantry. The hallway floor is covered with red-oak hardwood.

The adjoining stone-tile floored kitchen has a 4’x5’ granite-topped island with a prep-sink and a built- in garage for an included 23”x18” hardwood chopping-block on wheels. There is a tiled cabinet floor under the prep-sink. On the other end of the island are 4 narrow drawers that are dedicated to knives.

There is a 32”x18”, custom-made, corner, copper-faced stainless-steel sink that sports a Little Butler hot-water tap. The cabinet floor under the sink is tiled.

The appliances include a Dacor 6-burner, double oven gas range, and a 48” Vent-a-Hood installed in a custom-built hood. On the back wall of the range is a Franke Pot Filler mounted on a matching granite wall-slab.

There is a wine fridge, a new Bosch dishwasher, a Dacor Warming Oven, a new Dacor Microwave Oven, a 48” KitchenAid refrigerator/freezer. Next to the fridge is a 57”x14” soft-closing pantry. There are new Insinkerator disposals in each sink. The peripheral knotty-pine cabinets are topped with 12”x12” porcelain tiles. There are three 5” bump-out windows that have matching tile floors.

There is a full-windowed French Door set that opens the kitchen to the south-facing garden deck.
The 21’x12’ newly-installed Trex covered deck has a gas BBQ, ‘quick-disconnect’ hookup installed. A 5’ wide staircase leads to the back garden.

The hallway from the kitchen leads to a full bath w/double sinks and two main level bedrooms. The bathroom has a door separating the sinks from the shower/toilet room. Each bedroom shares a north-facing Trex covered deck.

Upper Level

The staircase to the upper hallway leads to the door on the right-side to the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a gas stove in an alcove, a private deck, and two closets. There is a Casa Blanca fan circulating the air in the room.

The hallway leads to a full bath with double sinks nearly identical to the main floor bathroom. The hallway leads to a 5’ closet for the loft bedroom.

The loft bedroom is a balcony that is open to the dining area below. The loft bedroom has a closet in the hallway that leads to it. The loft bedroom has an egress window int the south-wall window set. The loft bedroom has a Casa Blanca fan to circulate the air.

The island is a small anteroom that has been used for a variety of purposes.
