Joe Malec has worked in the Real Estate industry for almost 30 years and has been a licensed Realtor with Re/Max Garden City Realty Inc. Brokerage since 2004. Joe covers the geograqphic areas of Burlington, Waterdown, Flamborough, Hamilton and Stoney Creek as well as other adjacent communities. As a full time Realtor and long time Sales Professional, Joe feels that it is important to stay on on top of relevant issues by continually upgrading his skill set. In recognition of the complexity of the sales process, Joe recently recieved his CSP designation (Certified Sales Professional)
A graduate of Wilfrid Luarier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Joe earned a BA in Geography starting his professional career in Burlington working with the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington helping them to "computerize" their MLS system starting in 1982. Working with various commitees and other service providers , Joe's responsibilty was the implementation and re-design of all the Real Estate forms.
In the sales process, Joe sees his role as one of providiing information to his clients that they may make an informed decision when it comes to either purchasing or selling real estate. Joe feels it is important to ask good questions., listen to the clients then provide the information they are looking for. With the buying or selling of a home likely to be the single largest investment decision clients will make in their life time, Joe thinks that it is important to be patient helping the client work through the process to arrive at an informed decision.
