Keith has been a resident of Las Vegas since 1970.  Keith got his real estate license in 1986 and has been involved in the REALTOR Association ever since.  He has served on many local, state and national committees.  He was the 1997 President of the Great Las Vegas Association of REALTORS and the 2004 President of the Nevada Association of REALTORS.  In 2009 Keith was the Regional Vice President of Region 11 for the National Association of REALTORS.  Keith and his wife Patty own Kelley and Associates Real Estate in Las Vegas.  He specializes in residential sales and property management.  He also does land listings and sales

Keith has done many listing and sales that include traditional sales, short sales and foreclosures.  He is a member of the GLVAR faculty and teaches continuing educationwhich involves many of these types of transactiions.

Keith is a 2010 inductee to the RPAC Hall of Fame.  He is the 2014 Vice Chair of the NVAR state Legislative committee.
