Jason Buck is a lifelong resident and enthusiast of Palos Verdes, California. The history of this oasis in the midst of Los Angeles is one of Jason's passions. Jason attended the University of Southern California majoring in music, then switched his major to International Business and graduated from the Colorado University in Boulder. His life long passion for different styles of music began in his teen years, and he was playing the clubs in Hollywood with a set break in the alley outside. Recently, he became involved with “No Boundaries,” an organization of disabled musicians that performs at various events such as Easter Seals and the Special Olympics. This band wanted to record a CD at the Sea Palace Studio, Jason’s home recording studio, which resulted in an invitation by the group to join as the guitarist. Jason describes that invitation as being “a great honor.” No Boundaries received a sponsorship by the Gibson Foundation enabling them to travel to China through the World America Cultural Exchange, performing in Beijing, Shanghai and the ultimate concert on the Great Wall of China. Jason is a creative individual who has traveled the globe extensively. He has a deep appreciation for various cultures. Starting as a curious surfer, Jason has created opportunities along the Pacific Coast from Panama to Vancouver. His slogan “We Deliver Dreams” is appropriate for his professional ability to match the property, place, and person in their real estate needs.
Jason been licensed real estate broker for twelve years.

The Palos Verdes Peninsula is home to some of California’s most beautiful luxury homes and beachfront/clifffront properties. The history of the Vanderlip Estate, bluffs and coves, diverse climate conditions, and various cultures, make this affluent bedroom community to Los Angeles, a very special place to live. Jason grew up near Pt Vicente lighthouse roaming the hills and wading through the tidal pools of their remarkable landscape that he and other resident’s affectionately refer to as “PV”.
