Nancy Ice
For more than 20 years, Nancy Ice has been active in the Oklahoma real estate community. She is a Commercial Realtor with Fire & Ice Realty where her specialty is commercial real estate and investment real estate brokerage. She is also active in business consulting and land title consulting.
Ice began her real estate career in Weatherford, Oklahoma and was recognized as the Realtor of the Year before relocating to the Oklahoma City area. Through the years, Ice has been honored with multiple awards including recognition from the National Association of Realtors.
Ice earned a BS in Accounting from Oklahoma State University and her MBA specializing in Economics and Finance from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. A firm believer in continuing education, Ice has taken numerous specialized courses over the years focusing on commercial transactions, syndication and development, international business and negotiations
As an active member of the Oklahoma City community, Ice is involved with a number of real estate related organizations. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Association of Realtors, Realtors Commercial Alliance of the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma and Oklahoma Chapter of FIABCI - the International Real Estate Federation City. Ice is also a member various other organizations, such as, Certified Commercial Industrial Member of the National Association of Realtors, International Consortium of Real Estate Associations, Buyer Agent Council, and other civic and charity organizations.
