I was born & raised in Portland Oregon and lived in one house with both of my parents who are two of my best friends. I have been a licensed Realtor for the past 17 years and prior to that I managed & leased commercial real estate. I prefer residential sales as I like the more personal relationship we develop with our clients. I like the psychology of helping people find exactly what they are looking for or helping clients stay motivated in order to obtain the goals they established when we put their home on the market. I have many designations that have helped me fine tune my skills; CRS, GRI, ABR, ePro, CRIS. Of course I am in real estate to earn a living but I love the problem solving that is often necessary to keep a deal together, I am very resourceful. I believe we need to live in the solution, not the problem. I love introducing Portland to people for the great place to live as well as play. You drive 90 minutes one direction to the beach and the same distance the other way to the mountains. Portland is a very forward thinking city, and often is overlooked for the so called "big" cities. We are a perfect size city!
