Donald C. Bullock
Donald C. Bullock has over 35 years of mangement, acquisition, disposition, development and marketing experience in the real estate industry throughout the Midwest and Southeast. He has been a vice-president of a national REIT, the president of a Florida development company, a developer of a 100,000sf "mixed use" office building and the owner/broker of his own real estate firm. In 1979, he was awarded the CCIM designation, being one of the first in Indiana to achieve this achievement in commercial real estate.
His expertise includes: site selection for national fast food chains, land acquisition for both residential and commercial development, major leasing assigments for office and industrial projects, the marketing and sales of all types of comercial and investment properties and the managment and sale of 3,000 acre (Planned Unit Development) in Florida. Don is a member of the Florida Commercial Real Estate Society, the CCIM chapter, Orlando Realtor Association where he was the past director of technology as well as a notary pubic. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in General Business from Miami University, Oxford,OH and attended graduate school (Economics) at the University of Notre Dame. He then entered the US Army where he served for 6 years with the Special Forces. He and his wife Katy enjoy traveling, boating on the ICW and being grandparents.
