Linda Pasas
Linda Pasas has comprehensive knowledge in the real estate field with 18 years of real estate experience beginning in 1991 in the mortgage industry. After eight years in mortgage lending, she decided to move into the sales arena becoming a realtor in 1992, and has since accumulated extensive sales experience in California, Arizona, Hawaii, Belize, Mexico, and Costa Rica. Linda possesses extensive knowledge working with banks selling foreclosed homes; selling new homes and converted projects for developers; assisting first time home buyers achieve their dream; and helping savvy investors accumulate wealth through investing in real estate.
Linda has closed 265 transactions, sold over 48 million dollars in real estate and awarded the Prudential Diamond award in 2006. In 2007 she closed 247 transactions and sold over 65 million dollars in real estate and again was awarded the Prudential Diamond award. In addition to receiving the Prudential Diamond award in 2006 and 2007, she was the No. 1 top producing Prudential agent in the State of California for closed transactions in 2007 and was the sixth top producing Prudential agent in the World for closed transactions in 2007. In 2008 she closed 107 transactions, sold 36 million dollars in real estate and was awarded the Keller Williams Platinum award in 2008.
Linda is now an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty; the Broker and owner of Pasas Properties, Inc.; is the Broker for the California Branch of Atlas International, selling over 500 projects worldwide; the sales director for Naos Living, a high-end luxury green resort in Baja Mexico; the President of Clear Credit Solutions, assisting people with loan modifications, debt settlements and Fico enhancement. Linda has overseen the development and sales of thousands of homes in the last several years.
