Tyler Clay

Native to the Reno area, Mr. Clay is a professional broker who specializes in office/Industrial sales and leasing. Mr. Clay is also very involved in land sales with developers and private individuals. He is a member of the Realtor Land Institute, Association of General Contractors, Certified Commercial Investment Manager, Certified International Property Specialist, and is the 2008-2009 President of the USA chapter of Federation Internationale de Profesion de Immobilares (FIABCI) which is based in Paris, France. FIABCI, an international association with roots dating back to 1945, is an organization whose purpose is to facilitate global business enterprise.

Mr. Clay is the only Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) in the Reno area. He is trained to help foreign nationals to purchase real property here in the United States. Mr. Clay earned his BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder in economics/political science, and an MBA from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Australia.
