William Wiggins
Mr. Wiggins has over 18 years of experience in Colorado commercial real estate. His experience includes the full range of real estate brokerage, from being president of a full service brokerage company to being general manager of the commercial development division of a national corporation. Bill’s list of clients includes United Bank, Prudential, First Interstate, Nations Bank, Western Federal, the FDIC and RTC.
His solid real estate background is supported by a degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. As a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, he was designated as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Manager). He holds a membership in the Urban Land Institute. He is the past Vice Chairman of the Aurora Chamber of Commerce, a past Director of the United Banks of Aurora, and past President of the Aurora Rotary. Bill is also a member of the Federation Internationale de Profesion de Immobilares (FIABCI) which is based in Paris, France. FIABCI, an international association with roots dating back to 1945, is an organization whose purpose is to facilitate global business enterprise.
His thorough knowledge of the development process qualifies him in bringing together planners, architects, government officials, lawyers and accountants in reaching the most profitable and effective use of land for both buyers and sellers.
