Laura Duggan is the owner and broker of West Austin Properties, a second generation real estate firm in Austin, Texas. As a third-generation native with 30 years of experience, Laura is uniquely prepared to represent both buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of a home in any price range. Doing relocation work is also a passion, by connecting clients and their families to meet every need. Whether it is a special academic setting or finding a job for a spouse, her team makes this process seamless. She and her husband, Brad, have been married for 27 years and have two fabulous, grown daughters, Kerry and Katy.
Austin is a vibrant city with much to offer that appeals to both young and old. Known as the "Live Music Capital of the World" there is always something happening on the music scene and the city hosts the annual South By Southwest (SXSW) music festival each spring. Austin is home to the University of Texas and its prominent sports teams.
